Residents contribute thirty percent (30%) of their monthly income towards rent, a policy that fosters dignity through contribution while ensuring affordability. The inclusion of basic utilities, local telephone service, and laundry facilities further alleviates the burden of living expenses, allowing residents to save and plan for their future.
